Cuvée Chaberts Red

A.O.P. COTEAUX VAROIS EN PROVENCE

Terroir : arid and stony clay limestone

Grape varieties : 60 % Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Mourvedre

Tasting : frank color with black reflections, beautiful expression of red fruits, balanced and persistent

Food and wine pairings : game, cheeses, charcuterie

Vinification : grape varieties from old vines, long vatting 4 weeks with regular pumping over and punching down. Aged 12 months in barrels

For laying down 3 to 15 years
