Cuvée Prestige Red

A.O.P. COTEAUX VAROIS EN PROVENCE

Terroir : arid and stony clay-limestone

Grape varieties : 80 % Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting : garnet nuanced with black, beautiful expression of ripe, jammy fruit. Aromas of tobacco announce a liquorice mouth, balanced and persistent wine

Food and wine pairings : roast lamb, stew, spicy cuisine, grilled meats

Vinification : results from a long vatting of 4 weeks with pumping over and regular punching down. Malolactic fermentation carried out at the run-off. The blend is made up of a part aged in vats and the other in 225-litre barrels for 12 months.
