to vintage.
Fermentation temperature controlled at
26 - 30°C.
Taste
Garnet
shading into black, with strong presence
of ripe fruits and preserves ; aromas of
leather and tobacco evoke liquorice and
even “pâte de fruits”...
a wine both balanced and appealing.
